Garrison is a Standard Plan City consisting of an elected Mayor, an elected Clerk-Treasurer who serves as a voting member of the Council and three Council members.  A Deputy Clerk is appointed by and directly accountable to the Council.  The Mayoral term is two years and the Council member term is four years.
The Garrison City Council meets in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 27069 Central Street @ 5:30 on the second Tuesday of the month.  All meetings are open to the public.
